• Booking information: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers, flight or cruise details, luggage, child-seat needs and any notes you provide.
• Payment information: processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last digits and brand of the card — never the full card number.
• Communications: emails, SMS and calls exchanged with our reservations team.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To quote, confirm, dispatch and complete your transportation service.
• To send booking confirmations, chauffeur details and service updates.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and resolve disputes or damage claims.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our payment processor, mapping and address-autocomplete provider, email and SMS delivery providers, cloud hosting and database provider, and the assigned chauffeur (name, phone, pickup and drop-off details only). We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of passengers, chauffeurs or RMT.

Booking and financial records are retained as long as needed for the service and for the period required by tax, insurance and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
