Arrivals and departures, handled the same way
For arrivals, you reserve the hour you expect to be ready to leave the terminal, and the complimentary wait window absorbs the normal delays of baggage claim and customs. For departures, you choose a pickup slot that fits your check-in time and the chauffeur arrives at your hotel or residence.
Pickup slots run on the hour between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Rides scheduled between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM carry a night surcharge, shown transparently in the booking form before you confirm.

How pricing works
Rates are calculated from the real driving distance between your pickup and drop-off addresses, and every private transfer is billed for a minimum of seven passengers, even when fewer travelers are on board — the van is reserved exclusively for your party. Extra stops and waiting beyond the complimentary window are shown as clearly labeled additions in the booking form.
