Cruise days are governed by two fixed hours: your boarding window and your disembarkation time. Everything in between is logistics — bags, terminals and traffic on the causeways into the port.

RMT Pro Services provides private transportation to and from PortMiami and Port Everglades: from MIA or FLL on arrival day, from your Miami hotel or residence, and back again when your ship returns.

Built for cruise luggage

Cruise passengers travel heavy, and that is the practical reason a van beats a sedan. Our executive vans carry your party and its bags in the same vehicle — the rate includes one large piece of luggage per person plus a carry-on, duffel bag or backpack.

Every transfer is private: no shared shuttle circuit around other hotels, no waiting for the vehicle to fill.

Timing and wait time at the port

Cruise port pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time, which covers the normal pace of leaving the terminal after your ship clears. Additional waiting is billed at $25 per each extra 15 minutes.

Pickups run on the hour from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For embarkation, choose the slot that gets you to the terminal comfortably inside your boarding window; for disembarkation, choose a slot after your scheduled walk-off time.

Groups traveling together

Families and groups sailing together arrive together. A single reserved van keeps the party in one vehicle and one arrival, which matters at a terminal where check-in queues are organized by arrival time. Larger parties can be coordinated across multiple vehicles — call us and we will arrange it.
